LAWRENCE, Kan. - Freshman Alec Burks scored 17 points, but the top-ranked Kansas Jayhawks never trailed and cruised to a 94-74 victory over Colorado at Allen Fieldhouse on Saturday afternoon.
Burks, sidelined with a knee injury, did not play in Colorado's first game against Kansas this season, a 72-66 overtime victory for the Jayhawks on Feb. 3. His presence in the lineup was not enough for the Buffaloes to pull off the upset on the road.
