This is the new offensive scheme being worked out by Chiaverini with major input from Domingue. Edgar was recruited with this scheme in mind.

Funny. I was thinking the same thing. Who needs tackles when we have 15 guards on the team?

Someone at a camp told them to win they needed to guard the QB. They are taking it literally and will now play a QB and 10 guards.

To be fair. We took 2 OT's in each of the last 3 classes but I agree 1 OT this cycle would have been nice. Amaya looks more like a OT than a G in his photo.

Rodrigue recruiting.

That is a full blown man playing football... he is a beastly interior lineman... Not sure how fast he is, or if it matters too much, but he moves pretty smooth for a trench guy. Love all the pancake blocks, too. I will take big road graters over finesse, under-sized “athletes” in the middle. Let’s run the **** ball!!!

Welcome!!

Roger that!!

Yeah, ideally he grows a couple of inches and we can try him at tackle.

Edit: Seeing now he has already grown to over 6'4". Encouraging.

Based on the 1 minute of highlights I watched, he just doesn't look athletic enough to play Tackle, but we'll see. I think he's a pretty solid Guard prospect, though. CU OL definitely not going to be lacking in size

Looks like an interior lineman to me as well. He could work on some agility. He knows how to finish, yeah some of those guys were smallish, doesn't change your job. Could end up being a good pick-up, if he puts in the work.
