a plan, a timeline, and a budget... what the CUAD needs.

first, make a plan based upon what we need to do to be competitive. look at programs that are successful and take notes, then build a tentative first cut plan.

next, figure out how much the plan will cost to execute, based upon various timelines. what can be done in phases, etc?

next, figure out the delta between what the plan will cost and what we can spend.

that is your fundraising target.

last and importantly, make sure you have the right people executing the plan, across the board, throughout the ad.

this **** isn't rocket science. we need a vision, a plan, and a goal. i'll jump in, as will many others with more than me, if we can just put something together to believe in.

Yep. Run it like a business.

Because it is. It's a non-profit with a larger mission than maximizing EBITDA, but still a business. It needs to be treated that way.
