i bought four seats through the cuad ticket office...they were $25 a piece...

i called and asked them if that was the right price and they said...

"yep...they aren't exactly the best tickets in the stadium..."

i am wondering if i am going to be climbing that big rock and watching the planes land at sky harbor...

those of you who are going to the game, what did you pay for your seats?

I believe it's in the top corner- either Sec 216-219 or 229-232

I'm still undecided if I should get better seats through ASU.
I'd rather sit w/CU fans but after talking to the ASU ticket office it sounds like I can get much better seating. Prices are a bit higher $35-$45 but in the first level and probably
around the 20-30 yd line. Tickets don't go on sale at through ASU till Aug 16th-

I would think that they would have to put at least one visiting section down on the 1st level - for the band/cheers/big time donors, etc. I've never heard of a school putting another schools' entire band on the top level -- that would be absolutely ridiculous!

We were in the corner for Georgia and although the CU section went upwards, we did have some space on the lower level. I would think (& hope) that ASU would be similar.

You can still watch it on tv from your hotel room. :devil2:

Paid $25 and I'm fine with wherever they put us. After the rumble in the Orange Bowl, I don't want to be anywhere near another teams fans. :wow:

speaking of asu....has anybody seen or heard from azbuff lately...wasn't he going to coordinate the tailgater and related events for the allbuffs travelling road show at this game?

Give me your cell number and I'll give you a call when the game ends and let you know who won. You can tell the rest of the folks in the CU section...

I'll bring my binoculars. Either way I'll have a good time with my neice at her first Buff game.:smile2:

rumble? what happened.....

It was like a freaking war zone at the Orange Bowl in 2005. Unruly drunk 'cane fans were swearing at us and picking fights with anybody who they saw. mrs. sackman got knocked over three rows as we were trying to leave the stadium during one of the donnybrooks. It was ugly.
