Roy Helu Jr., RB, Nebraska: Let's just give Helu like six of these. The senior running back had the best day of any other runner in college football this season, rolling for 307 yards on 28 carries, including three scores of 50 yards or longer in Nebraska's 31-17 win over Missouri. For a program known for running the ball, the significance of Helu's school record wasn't lost on anyone in Lincoln on Saturday.
Ryan Broyles, WR, Oklahoma: For as good as Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon has been this year, Broyles is doing his best to make sure he stays a contender for the best receiver in the Big 12, and the country. With Blackmon sidelined on Saturday, Broyles caught nine passes for a school-record 208 yards and three touchdowns in Oklahoma's 43-10 win over Colorado.
Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M/Jeff Fuller, WR, Texas A&M: Fuller caught 11 balls for 171 yards and a pair of touchdowns, but Tannehill tossed all of them to the receiver, while making his first career start. Tannehill finished with a school-record 449 yards and four touchdowns -- again, in his first career start -- and helped the Aggies beat rival Texas Tech, 45-27.
Baylor Bears: What's to say about these guys yet again? Is this the first time an entire team has received a big box of helmet stickers for two consecutive weeks? Maybe so. The Bears put Oklahoma State and Oklahoma on notice on Saturday night with a 30-22 win over Texas in Austin: If you're going to win the Big 12 South, you'll have to beat Baylor. At 7-2 and 4-1 in conference play, guess who's still looking down on the other five teams in the division? Yep, still these guys.
Kendall Hunter/Joseph Randle, RBs, Oklahoma State: Without Blackmon, the Cowboys needed the running game to pick up some slack. Randle and Hunter answered the call, combining for 207 yards on 35 carries in Oklahoma State's 24-14 win over Kansas State.
