Hawk got a bad rap on that ISU call. 9/10 we get the first down there. 9/10 we don't blow the game after that play, even if we don't make the first. 9/10 one of our two field goals count at the end of the game. We got very very unlucky that afternoon.
Hawk was sending a message to his young team who was out of contention for anything that is really meaningful to the team or himself. I still think he made the right decision even if it backfired horibly.
And, why won't firefox's spell check work in this quick reply box? that sucks.
