Added some links to the OP for those wanting more details on the races and/ or possibly follow them live.

Just wanted to mention that, mainly for EXTREME running nerds only, Flotrack has already started a LONG (6 hour) webcast following the regional races and resulting championship selections at http://livecoverage.flotrack.org/event/819-kolas-calculator-2015/live .

Although, for Buff fans, it may also be something to listen to during the Buffs' regional races for those wanting to keep updated without having to follow other (text) websites such as those listed in the OP.

Buff women take care of business. Per the below tweet, they must have finished in the top 2 at regionals, which is what was needed to earn an automatic berth to next week's NCAA championships!!!

Edit- confirmation of their 2nd place finish, behind only (unanimous) national #1 team New Mexico.

Actually, New Mexico track twitter showing that unofficially the Buff women eeked out a 49-50 win over the Lobos.
(Other than pride and showing competitiveness, doesn't matter that much as top 2 get into nationals. Also, New Mexico rested a few (three) of their top 7 runners, although I believe their top 4 runners went out (possibly just tempo pack running). Although, when a team is considered invincible as UNM has been, can't hurt to beat them in any context to possibly put a little doubt in their minds.)

Note- one of the bigger questions for men's cross country was whether the Buffs might be gambling and red shirting junior Ben Saarel, one of their top runners, to preserve an extra year of eligibility for him while still winning this year (which they did do last year with Morgan Pearson). However, per the above tweet, looks like he has put on a CU uni for the 1st time this year, so he is NOT red shirting.

Per the USTFCCA wall, the Buff men also win their regional, and punch their ticket to the championships!

Congrats again to the women and men. Now, they just need to rest, recover, and get ready to kick butt next Saturday in the BIG races in Louisville KY.
