Another step towards having a P5 staff.

Darrin is a Buff but this isn't a good hire for that reason, he is a good hire because he has a P5 resume and has proven that he can and will recruit.
 
Some stuff about him.

-Won the 1998 Buffalo Heart award (I forgot that).
-He was the assistant special teams coord for UCLA
-He was the special teams coord for TT before becoming WR coach.

May He can handle some or all of the STs responsibilities and we can can Neinas and hire a RB coach.
 
He'll know what to do right away. This encourages me.

But we still have two positions left to address. Let's get to it Mac!
 
He's moved steadily up the coaching ranks - Check.
He's demonstrated that he can win recruiting battles against other P-5 schools - Check.
He's a former player - Bonus.
