Anyone have 2 extra GA tickets for the USC game? My CU student is looking for friends.

Feels like the cold is going to help keep the crowd away. It’s going to be an unpleasant walk from the Horse to the keg tonight. Andy Enfield is a sleazeball.

BOULDER — Time is running short for Tad Boyle's Colorado Buffaloes.

But with three regular season games remaining — all at home — Boyle's Buffs still have a chance to collect some quality wins, gain some confidence and build momentum heading into their annual trip to Las Vegas for the Pac-12 tournament (March 8-11).

CU has endured an up-and-down season this year and has struggled on the road (2-8). But the Buffs are 11-2 at home and they do have some quality wins — in particular over Tennessee and Texas A&M, two teams currently in the top 30 in the NCAA NET rankings. They have also looked good in wins over Oregon and Stanford, and just last weekend won at Arizona State.

Overall, however, they sit at 15-13 and their 7-10 mark in the Pac-12 has them in a tie for eighth in the conference standings. Their only hope for an NCAA tourney bid is to run the table in Las Vegas.

But they are also one of "those" teams — a team with the ability to beat anyone in the league, especially on a neutral floor. That means they are the kind of team opposing coaches don't want to see in a conference tournament, especially if they arrive with a little confidence and momentum.

It's a message Boyle has been delivering to his team.

"We have three home games that are all winnable," Boyle said after last weekend's loss at Arizona. "Now they're not going to be easy … (But) we need to finish strong and understand that we can beat any team in this league on any given night when we go to Las Vegas … We have to play to the level of our ability. If we do that I like where this team is headed."

Indeed, the final three regular season games are all against teams currently sitting in the top four in the league standings. They should no doubt provide a crucial barometer as to how the Buffs will stand when they head into the conference tourney.

The upcoming schedule:

Thursday vs. USC (19-8 overall, 11-5 Pac-12), 7 p.m., ESPN2 — The Trojans currently are third in the conference standings and have a 56 NET ranking (Colorado is 64th). The Trojans have won two in a row and six of their last eight. The Buffs dropped their first meeting with USC this year, a 68-61 defeat in early January in Los Angeles. This matchup has become a rather heated rivalry in recent years, and the Trojans need every win possible down the stretch to improve their NCAA resume´. A win for the Buffs in this one would be an excellent way to start their homestand.

Sunday vs. UCLA (14-2, 23-4), 2 p.m., CBS — The Bruins are ranked fourth in the latest AP poll and hold the same position in the latest NET rankings. The defensive-minded Bruins have been the most-consistent team in the conference thus far. A lock for an NCAA Tournament bid, they are playing for seeding. Called a No. 2 seed by the NCAA in a first 16 teams release last week — much to the chagrin of coach Mick Cronin — their aim will be to finish strong and lock up a No. 1 seed by the time the bracket is announced March 12. In their first meeting this year, the Buffs dropped a 68-54 decision in Los Angeles.

March 4 vs. Utah (17-11, 10-7), 3:30 p.m., Pac-12 Network — The Utes have been a relative surprise this year, currently sitting in a tie for fourth in the conference standings and holding a 57 NET ranking. The Buffs dropped a 73-62 decision at Utah just two weeks ago and they would no doubt like to square the season series as a springboard heading into the Pac-12 tourney.

I kind of like the rotation with no Hadley. Not so much that Hadley isn’t a good player but was playing the wrong position and with him out people are playing their more natural position. Interested to see how we compare this weekend to what happened in SoCal

Hadley has got to work on his shooting and his handle for next year.

Hadley and the team will benefit greatly if either Diop or Hurlburt can give meaningful minutes.

Hadley can shoot (36% from 3 in JUCO), HLhe just hadn't even attempted to do it this year for some reason.

Gabbidon in street clothes. How many injuries until QA is forced to play because no one is left?

Roxy Bernstein's mike is all f***** up. It's like he's using some weird reverb effect or something.

Lawson’s hands are bad enough already, need to stop giving him bounce passes at his knees. Stop it. Pretty good start.

Fwiw, if Tristan is 6’9, Drew Peterson is like 6’7. Definitely a couple inches shorter seeing them next to each other.

Oh my. Quincy is sitting closer to Tad than ruffin. Defense mostly optional tonight

Tad, with yet another fine example of waiting entirely too ****ing long to call a God damn timeout.

13-0 run to turn a 4 pt lead into a 9 pt deficit, with the stupidest ****ing lineup you could come up with

Good thing we have Ethan guarding him

Ethan Wright Ladies and gentlemen
