Buyout is nothing.

How serious is Rick George about trying to win a national championship?

Before we make that call we should see if we could use cryogenics to bring Vince Lombardi back to life. If we can, I’ll bet we can get him for around 200k

James Franklin - C - Nittany Lions
Penn State HC James Franklin said after Wednesday's practice that he has "all the plans in the world to be here (in Happy Valley) and be here for a long time."
Franklin was asked on the Big Ten teleconference earlier this week whether he would be coaching at Penn State next season -- there has been speculation that he could jump for USC if Clay Helton departs -- and responded with "Excuse me?" before saying that "speculation is everywhere" and "t's that crazy time of the year." When he was told he could quash speculation by simply affirming one way or another his employment plans, Franklin grew short. While he offered a bit more reassurance on Wednesday, he pretty clearly is being careful with his wording, presumably on the chance that he ends up somewhere else after the close of the season.
