I can see picking the Buffs as a "last 4 in" 12-seed.
I can see picking the Buffs to win the Pac-12.
But picking those things together assumes the conference in the shape it was in the last time CU won the conference tourney. It's not, so this is stupid.

Did he just go with RPI for the conference winner and then he projected the bracket himself?
