This whole recruiting thing has gotten out of hand. These are 17-18 year old kids making huge decisions and sometimes their decisions may hurt our feelings but there is never a reason to behave like these people:

The recruiting is out of hand, of course, with the internet, it's also a simple exercise to verify rumors or disprove rumors. If UT was REALLY filing a grievance against CU for Scott, for instance, it'd be front page news and Stewart Mandel would have his panties in a bunch, not some 'i heard form this guy who heard from this guy whose close to the program' bs on a message board. Another CU recruiting scandal would be too good for the media to pass up.

Yeah, it's insane. I love Scott but I would have been happy w/ our class regardless. And to have tu people melt down b/c they lost ONE recruit (they they get 5 stars all the time) shows how sad & pathetic they are.
