Recruiting Dead Period (12/14 - 1/13)

No in-home or on-campus visits for prospects signing in February. Also can't call them on the phone, but Adam confirmed to me that all social media is still allowed as a loophole to that and you can still call their HS coach, so if a school wants to speak to a recruit it's not hard to set that up.

Yep. Just can't visit.

Can't official visit. If I'm not mistaken they can still take unofficials because these are at their own expense and "initiated" by them.

I don't think the coaches could meet with them, though. But, yeah, I guess they could come in and take a campus tour like any prospective student.

I think they could meet with the coaches but the meeting would have to be initiated and requested by the prospect.

For us this isn't that big an issue anyways because most of our prospects are far enough away the taking an unofficial visit is expensive enough to make them fairly rare this time of year.
