kind of like Montez. Kid played out of his head against Oregon in ‘16…then regression the rest of his career. Then knows he is “the man” no matter what and is cocky without reason
I know what I saw. Everyone was playing like crap.
Hiring a bunch of terrible coaches and firing them doesn’t seem to help. Nor does putting a minuscule buyout on Tuckers’ contract. Seems like he’s doing ok

Left the game at the beginning of the fourth when there was a lot of evidence that the Buffs wouldn't score a point.
The level of ineptitude on the offensive side of the ball is astounding. Like nothing I've seen from a Buffs team since perhaps the early 80s. Lewis is really nervous in the pocket and can't get the ball to an open receiver. And there were open receivers in the first half.
After the UNC game my comment to the family was that it's going to be a long season. Had some hope after the A&M game, but now . . . it'll be exciting if the Buffs can score more than 10 points against any of their Pac 21 opponents.

So, HCKD elects not the be interviewed on the radio show. I hade literally never heard that happen, ever. Coward. Total freaking coward.
RG definitely deserves a lot of blame for our current situation. MT contract should have been better and KD should have not been hired.
Even if CU had the money I am not sure I would trust RG to get it right.
The defense was fine, there is a point after say 6-8 series that if the imbalance between offensive contribution and defensive success stays counterproductive, the defense will erode.
BALANCE is a must

Yeah, its not like Texas was playing their starters and throwing a lot of looks at lewis.
The money can be there.
CU isn't poor. We have donors who would put money into the program if, and that's the hitch, if they knew that we would be willing to make a commitment to winning instead of trying to be some elite academic school that doesn't need or want football.
I’m done with him. You can have days like this, but you have to own up to it and face the media after. Supposedly, he doesn’t do press on Mondays either, so the first time the media gets to ask him questions after the games, besides post game pressers, is on Tuesdays and last week he told the media no A&M questions

Well, he's only getting 3.2 mill a year, that isn't vey much. You want him to coach and be accountable for such a pittance?

Gimme a break. I have listened to the post-game in the Colorado Football Network for decades and have never, ever, heard the head coach ditch the post game interview. He’s a coward. Total coward.
