Problem is, cu once again squanders 10 points. Should have been 0-3 at the half. Then again, we come out in the 2nd half and our defense pulls a 360 degree turn-around and we get out scored 21-0? What happened to the defense?

C'mon, Helfrich rocks! What a great job of making half time adjustments to avoid scoring too many points. The whole coaching staff deserves to be ripped over this one. Unbelievable.
Hawkins needs to fire Helfrich yesterday. Also, maybe if our O-coordinator wasn't a former QB we might actually want to RUN THE FREAKING BALL.

Are the coaches aware that we have sucked at QB this year? Why in the hell are we throwing the ball 30+ times when we're having success on the ground. We only had our RBs touch the ball 19 times! Bull****.

That play calling when cu had the ball 1stand goal at the 6 should be enough to can his sorry ass.

He needs to have the balls to fire the guys he brought in from Boise... I mean I love the Buffs, love Hawk. But let's look at it for what he is. The team doesn't have passion, they don't execute, they seem to give up. Let's face it, these players are wearing white gloves, and aren't buying the coaches' ketchup popsicle. Players aren't stupid, they know disgusting when they see it.

It's one thing not to give hansen all the reps in practice but to have him take the team down the field and THEN bring cody in is just assanine.
Stick with Hansen and get him ready for next year.

My dad doesn't follow Hawk like my brothers and I do. He was listening to the game with us. We waited to hear Hawk's postgame interview. My dad made a great point... He talks after the game like he just misplaced his keys. That pissed me off when my Dad who doesn't follow the Buffs other than watching them on Saturday, he noticed how lack luster Hawk is about critiquing his team. Pathetic

Perhaps Hawk has a different persona in the locker room....where he is kicking ass and taking names.
But it gets back to the point I made earlier this week. Where is the passion with this guy? Crap...even Barnett would go off on people...remember when he ripped into the sideline reporter going into halftime, when he was questioned (I cannot remember the details....I think it had to do with pulling Ochs...).
