Since you are taking a contrarian outlook to the Buffs, tell us a little about some of the things you've enjoyed as a Buff fan over the years. Favorite game? Favorite game you attended? Favorite pregame ritual? Best peice of Buff memorabilia? Etc?

Since you view these as dark days, reminisce a little about the times you enjoyed being a Buff fan. Let's clean the slate

1990 win over ND or the 2001 win over NU


Favorite game you attended?
Haven't been to a home game since the 90s. Last one: 1999 over OU and Bob Stoops

Favorite pregame ritual?

Don't have one, just give me a cold beer.

Perhaps you could finish this time-honored CU chant, "**** 'em up..."?
 
Tie: Between beating texass & nd
Best Home Game: I've been going for 33 years, so I have to give this one more thought.
Best away game: For me, it was when Mac called for a fake field goal against Okie St. and instead the kicker threw it for a TD.

Favorite Ritual: Hanging my CU flag outside the day before every game.

Syko is honest about who he is, and makes some effort to heighten the dialogue.

My issues with mania began when his feelings on the J-Fly issue spilled over into another thread. It's fun to connect threads, but this appeared to me as childish pettiness. In my opinion it wasn't constructive. That's the difference between Syko and Mania.

He's welcome to post what he wants, of course, but don't undermine my right to question his tactics and motives as I see fit.

Aren't you the Smack Room Mod, BCS? I thought you lived for this ****.

I'm thinking the mania part of your handle is derived from the first definition, rather than the latter. I see no enthusiasm on your part for the Colorado Buffaloes
 
Looks like Hooligan has moved over here from N-buffs. I guess we'll see if he amps it up a level or not.

he pisses on every single positive thought about the Buffs and he does it relentlessly and repeatedly.

Fooligan appeared after I made my triumphal exit from that ****hole, but shortly before I completely shook the habit of reading it. I'm not sure I've ever seen anybody quite so hated on that place. And that place has seen a LOT of hate in its day....:cool:

Somebody who was around there more might have more specifics. Personally I just pray that piggy is wrong....
 
Hooligan was one of those Guy/Girl ? who was very negative. Like 100 times worse than Syko wanting d-linemen. The person wears you out. He/she had people wanting to beat the crap out of him/her. Was a huge barnett lover and very anti hawk/bohn. I personally am glad he/she is gone, maybe.

am not sure if they ever figured out if hooligan was male or female. I know a guy named Dbaron wanted to light him up big time. I think Irish buff was the only one who ever was in it's corner.

I'm enthusiastic about results. I like results.

Now, I'm very enthusiastic about players who have given us results, players like Speedy. What he has done (instead of "potential this" and "potential that") leads to enthusiasm.

I think we'll make a bowl game (we damn well better), I hope it's something better than what I think we'll make, but I'm not one to be enthusiastic just for the sake of being enthusiastic. Give me a reason to be, Mr. Hawkins.

100% Barnett guy. Despises anything CU does and even after cu was going to a bowl game still complained. I use to go at it with him a ton. I still don't agree with most of his opinions but there are some that have rung true.
 
netbuffturd sounds like Dr.Tom (and all his alter egos,... is he still nepabuff?) from Buffzone. If he has an obssesion with Cody's height, I would say they were the same.
