I think we'll get them both, but Bell will come around first.
Richardson is going to miss all those nice balls Evans threw his way and start thinking Colorado sooner or later.
Bell will get to watch us demolish teams at home this season and will be caught in the fever a little sooner.

He said in his last update he only has a verbal offer from the Buffs... which I believe isn't committable

CU gives a lot of the guys verbals and then follows with a written on their official visit. For Colorado guys, they often ask them to come to the campus to pick up a written offer, but an offer is an offer.
Either way, Kenny Bell was quoted today saying he's going to take his time and 5 officials most likely, so my predication would be unlikely.
That's a real possibility. With the recent DB commits Okie Lite has gotten, he's not going to get that offer and he's got to be feeling the pressure to commit.
