Hawkins is a joke and to lose art HOME to csu is WORSE than montana state. WAKE THE EFF UP!!!!!!!!

Valdez I respect you but you should want more from your team. Pride is easily exchanged at this point. Colorado state dude.....COLORADO STATE!

You think you're going to be able to play bigger teams with this loss and your team in the dumps? Get a clue.

Hawk isn't in Boise anymore. This is smash mouth football

Bottom line: Hawk hasn't gotten the job done whether its coaching decision, recruiting or winning.


The 1st half coming out totally flat like that was pretty embarrassing.
 
fourth year coach with his whole team, against a coach in his second year and he punks us??? im ****ing about to have a heart attack,.

Losing to a D-2 is a total disaster, and a horrible joke for the university. This loss was the end of Hawk, but not a complete embarrassment....

I wished we had hired Butch Davis.
 
It's hard to believe this is the same coach who beat Oklahoma with less talent. The game plan made very little sense, the personnel choices were suspect, and the players didn't look ready to play. I really don't understand Sumler getting so many carries with Scott sitting - this will affect our ability to attract the better players in the future.

Today's effort by the Buffs (?) would have failed in Boise - just ask the Ducks
 
I'm off the Hawkins bandwagon. I was going to give him this year but looks like he only got the first game from me.
 
This guy thinks he's still at boise. Scott and the running game were invisible. Hawk is clueless and if our db's, you know,the 4 experienced db's who got torched vs csu will get burned by toledo. Check the stats people. Hawk is a disaster.
 
I understand it's hard to judge after one game.

This is year 4 for Hawk. At this point he is under the microscope and the showing tonight does not portend well for the future. If the 'Buffs go to a major bowl I'll happily eat crow.

But, it would be unwise to write this off as simply a bad night. There is no excuse for CU's showing tonight, except for horrible coaching.

I am a CU fan, but am officially on the "Fire Hawkins" bandwagon. I no longer support having him as coach. He's not Peterson and that is now evident.

This is what we heard from the coaches all summer long!! I could link you to quite a few articles where both Hawkins and Keisau talked about how they were going to run the ball this year.

This all falls on the coaches, IMO.

I've got to respect you for your loyalty, but I don't think things are going to get better. The Big 12 will be much tougher.
