    Wasn't Whittaker, basketball-wise, a red-shirt Junior this year since she was out all of last season with the surgeries? And that would move her Covid year possibility to 24-25. Regardless, she told me at the banquet she as of now plans to be here next season.

    Here's the story from JR. It's wacky. Game was to be on Tuesday. But that's election day and NCAA came out with a statement saying that no games could be played on election day. So NMSU wanted to play on Monday but CU MBB already had a game scheduled for Monday night. So with the time needed...

    USC's best hitter (and one of the best in the conference) was on crutches and wearing a boot. Buffs took advantage of their opportunity. Might have been a different result had Fields been playing for USC.
