This Boise team isn't what we are used to seeing from them. They had signs of slipping last year but Jeanty covered up some flaws. This year they don't have that luxury. USF is a much better team than last year, they have done well in the portal.

Moss was an absolute freak athlete, could just dominate guys even when they knew what he was going to do they couldn't stop him from doing it. That said as a WR was there ever a player who destroyed people with his technique and his football mind like Rice. He wasn't that fast, wasn't that...

    College Football Realignment

True, Colorado is a pro sports market and Utah is a college sports market, especially since Denver has an NFL team and Utah doesn't. That is balanced though by Colorado having a much larger population, 6 million vs. 3.6 million. That college sports market in Utah is also divided with BYU...

    College Football Realignment

One of the factors that CU has in it's favor is that it has always outperformed it's home market size and alumni base in national TV ratings. When CU is any good people across the country watch CU, both regular season and in bowl games. Even when CU stunk the few times we were on national TV...

I guess he ran out of Pepsi?

He was popular as a assistant but not promoting him to head coach keeps looking more and more as a bullett dodged.

Shedeur Sanders - 2023-25 Tracking History Thread - Drafted by the Cleveland Browns (NFL)

I see it from a different angle. We live in a very "white" town and my kids are Hispanic. It is different than being Black but they have experienced some things that shouldn't be the case. It has been a long term project with them to emphasize that they can't let others stereotypes to limit...

We may not have the court history but this kind of stuff doesn't just pop up. I'd guess that there is a prior history of conflict between him and the women in his life. I'd also guess that there have been some schools that have ignored it because he was a good coach.

Shedeur Sanders - 2023-25 Tracking History Thread - Drafted by the Cleveland Browns (NFL)

Interesting concept. Because of his fame and his money I don't know that Shedeur will ever have the same experience as Black people who don't have that fame and financial standing. It still though is a different experience that I and others who aren't people of color can try to understand but...

RMAC as a conference is interesting in that they usually have a team or two who are among the elite in the nation in D2. Pueblo has national titles, Mines has been in the Championship game, for a time Mesa was a national title contender. Western Colorado is pushing to compete at that level...

It may still be August but it feels more than a little like football outside Settle in and enjoy the opening weekend of college football. As is usual a lot of teams are opening with creampuffs, or at least they hope they are creampuffs looking to get an easy win on the record and some game...

I guess he ran out of Pepsi?

Sometimes the best defensive coaches are a little unhinged. I know it is boo worthy because of the fusker connection but Levitt always seemed to ride that edge of out of control similar to Pelini. We see a lot of defensive coordinators move on to be excellent head coaches but some of the...

In a lot of teams they will. The snaps will not be the same as the #2 because the few snaps the #2 gets will be in the offensive game plan for that week while the #3 is taking simulation snaps imitating what that weeks opponent does to prepare the defense. Your take is the ignorant one.

    CU players in the NFL

Sheppard might still find his way to a practice squad someplace. He's a bigger guy who showed that he can make contested catches. Shilo as well may get picked up allthough his fight the other day hurts him more than it would seem. Teams might have been thinking here's a hard hitting guy who...

Shedeur Sanders - 2023-25 Tracking History Thread - Drafted by the Cleveland Browns (NFL)

It will chap him but it may be good for him. DG is going to get very little practice time. Flacco is going to get all but a few practice reps each week. DG will spend time watching and do a little throwing to the WRs on the side. SS is going to be getting a lot more reps going against the...

College Football News, Rumor & Humor

Buffaloes are a social animal. The cost of always have two can't be that much more than the cost of having one. Having a second one in training at all times makes sense, from a number of standpoints. It gives them a ready backup. Even if for some reason the primary doesn't feel right on a...
