The results that will throw the College Football Playoff into chaos

Ultimate playoff buster
Let's have some fun and defy all odds like the sport we love.
The ultimate CFP chaos happens if:
• Two-loss Tennessee wins the SEC AND
• Two-loss Colorado wins the Pac-12 AND
• Clemson is upset in the ACC title game AND
• Louisville loses to Houston AND
• Wisconsin wins the Big Ten.

Chances are we'll drop one along the way somewhere in the regular season and Washington will be a huge challenge if we make it to the Pac-12 Championship game, but it's just so great seeing us mentioned like that after where we've been. :)

If Wazzu only loses to us but beats Washington then the Cougars will win the North Their rest of their schedule is pretty favorable

Just for some motivation, CFN stubbornly has us still at 7-5 (as they have for weeks). 4th in the Pac South, yeah I don't think so.

Given the remaining schedules, who in their right mind would have ASU #2 in the South (especially with CU holding the tiebreaker)

Also too high on Arizona. Sure, they played Washington tough, but they don't have 3 wins left in them.

Cal isn't a bowl team after their OSU loss, IMO.

I wouldn't be surprised if Oregon had something to say down the stretch. Maybe they have given in completely and 3-9 is the order of the day, but I wouldn't be shocked if they woke up a bit and knocked off a few teams. Even with Helfrich, I have a hard time comprehending them as 2-10 or 3-9 bad. I could see them winning a game like Cal or ASU in Eugene.

Lest we forget that a 10-2 CU team that lost to Fresno State at home would have been in the playoff had it existed in 2001 as the #3 team. Them beating #1 and #3 in consecutive weeks had something to do with that, though

In that case, we should be rooting for #19 Utah to win out (until November 26th), that way we will have beaten a top 10 team and a top 5 team in consecutive weeks.

Nebraska and it's garbage 55th ranked SOS is in for a rude awakening when they travel to Wisconsin and Ohio State in back to back weeks.
We need a poll for what the collective 2 game scores of Nebraska vs OSU and Wisconsin will be. I'll go first, I'll give the Huskers the benefit of the doubt and go Huskers 16, OSU + Bucky 73.

****ing Craig Ochs.... all he had to do was throw that ****ing ball away and we would have played in the Rose Bowl for the NC.... smfh

Ugh. I hate that you're right about this.

An average ass kicking of 36.5 - 8 against those two seems reasonable, if not generous for Nebraska. Wiscy's O isn't great but their defense could shut Nebraska out, and OSU definitely has the potential to drop half a 100. They're going to lose to Iowa on the road to end the year, too.
