In a July 25th Rivals article, he named Okie Lite and ASU as his favorites and plans to visit. But there was no CU offer at the time that article was published, so it looks like the Buffs have offered in the last 4 weeks.

"I'm not playing favorites right now," he said. "I'm going to continue what I'm doing right now and that's to get better every day. When it's time for me to sign in December, then I'll have my choice made. I'm not one of those guys who's looking for a logo, I'm going to sign with a school where I'm going to start and have the best chance to get to the NFL."
 
You never know with interviews if the whole context is included, but going to a place where he is going to start makes it sound like he wants a guarantee of starting right away. Not sure HCMM can or should offer that promise.

Although while we are deeper than we have been in a while, we certainly have a more favorable depth chart than most top unis have regarding his aspirations. And we certainly have put a lot of OL into the NFL in recent years.

Maybe Nembot is planning to declare after this season? He really wants to get to work on making money for his work in Africa.
 
Depth at OT is still very suspect. Between Miller coming in January, but probably a couple years away and a player like Haigler being a clear project, we need help at OT in 2015.
