I agree with everything on this page. It's great to watch a competitive team week in week out. I didn't even flinch today when we got down by 14, subconsciously I thought, eh, we'll get back in it. How great is that!!?? It's been since 07 since I felt that way. (But I also agree wight he 3rd quarter thing, but that had a lot to do with time of possession. We only had 2 possession and we're not going to score on all of em)

After at least three years of watching blowout after blowout, I was thinking how great it was to have a game come down to the last 2:00. The game was there for the taking. This team needs to learn how to win. Coach NewMac has got them competitive and now they need to take the next step and learn how to win the damn game. We're on the cusp, it will happen! While I agree with you in principle, this did happen at the end yesterday. I guess the improvement on the "enough" is what needs to happen. If the D can do it consistently, we should start seeing the Ws pile up. Good premise.

We'll get there but officials have had an impact in the last 2 games. Hell they cost us points, that **** is something we can't afford. When we become a true 4 quarter team, none of this coming out flat ****, maybe they'll learn to execute in a fashion where they won't let the refs screw us. Make it like they aren't even there. There isn't a team in this conference that is unbeatable, probably the country for that matter.

We seem to have issues coming out of the locker room. It was probably as close to a 4 quarter game we have had though.

Not sure we played a full 4Q, but it is the most complete game we've played this year. My usual comfort in moral victories etc is gone, which is progress too. That said, it is good to see progress every week and not the same **** storm for 12 weeks in a row.

Yes, we don't have a team that competes every single quarter of every game, but there's only ~10 of those in the country. Main point being our guys packed it in midway through the 2nd Q of most games over the last 7 years & we finally have a live dog.
