Precedent in pretty much every case involving "unethical conduct" is that the coach who engaged in it is given a timeout for a couple years. In 20 cases, the lone exception was a GA for Michigan football who wasn't working in coaching any more. The hammer dropped on everyone else.
Unethical Conduct usually includes either lying to the NCAA directly or asking someone to lie to them for you. Pearl did both.
Ruling should come down in June. Let's hope that the Vols don't get rewarded by making the tourney ahead of that.
