What's everyone think of the schedule?

I see a non-conference slate that should yield no worse than 10-3 (with 12-1 a realistic expectation).

The conference schedule also sets up well to get out to a fairly fast start. A winning record in the Big 12 halfway through (5-3) is also realistic.

Finishing strong and getting a win in the conference tournament will be the keys, but a 20+ win season that gets us into the tourney is attainable this year.

A lot's riding on Chucky's development, some work in the weight room paying off for the frontcourt players, and probably a freshman or 2 making an impact... but I think that Lappe's first year is going to be a good one.

Man, I hope your right but my feelings on the Womens team run parallel to the Football team. I'm tired of having high expectations and getting let down. I'm in the "I want to see it on the court" frame of mind. I only see 8 or 9 wins OOC and maybe 5 wins in Big XII. That would be my expectations so if those are exceeded then I will be happy with the season.

I think this team has some talent but the last regime was unable to get them to gel on the court. Maybe Linda can get the job done. Losing Fressle will hurt. No matter, I will show up and cheer this team on as I always.

Mullaney and Houston both graduated in 4 years with a year of eligibility remaining. Both opted not to use it. Bailey was a head scratcher from day one. She had not played basketball in almost 2 years if I remember right when KMM offered her a scholarship. She had been concentrating on track her last 2 years of high school. Don't know where she went.

Just to update my comment from September.............. Mullaney and Houston opted not to use their fifth year of eligibility at CU. They have both enrolled at other schools for grad programs and are playing BB....Mullaney at San Francisco and Houston at UTEP.

Updated to include the win over Texas State to go to 6-1.

RPI is up to 82 now and that win wasn't factored in yet.

Wins over Illinois on Saturday and CSU on Wednesday are essential.

Buffs have now won 6 of 8 games on a great end of the season run to push their record to 18-15 and reach the WNIT Quarterfinals.

Rematch with USC on Sunday in Boulder at 1:00 pm.
