Want to attend the 2011 Kickoff Luncheon? Here´s your chance as Allbuffs is giving away TWO tickets to one lucky member. All you have to do is explain why YOU deserve the tickets in 30 words or less.

Competition ends at noon Tuesday, the Junta will then select the top 5 entries and the members can vote on the winner until 14.00 Wednesday. We´ll get in touch with the winner. Tickets will have to be picked up at the luncheon on Friday. Please only participate if you know you´ll be able to attend yourself.

The luncheon will be held at Balch Fieldhouse on the Boulder campus on Friday, August 26th and is starting at 11.30. For further information see www.cubuffs.com/events

It is a great chance to meet some CU players as well as the coaching staff. There will be a contingent of Allbuffers there, and it looks like it will be a good time.

Besides that, only 30 words? Come on folks! Everyone of you can do that except MtnBuff
 
I’ve never been to a coaches luncheon before, this is going to be my last football season in Boulder, and my boss doesn’t pay me enough to afford a ticket.
 
I knew we should have included "Sacky will play footsie with you under the table" to the event description. :smile2:

Seriously, though. If you're interested you need to hustle on this. Event's in a week and we've got to close it within the next few days.

GoldenBuff's definitely going to make the cut, I think, by being first in and having a solid "worthiness" score.

I want to go to proudly wear my allbuffs t-shirt. That and my wife needs to hear a real coach. We first got season tickets in 2008 and all she knows is Hawk.
 
I live in Hawaii but I'll fly out for it. If I win I'll be your personal guide during the Hawaii game weekend (car, BBQ, chicks, waves, etc) :thumbsup:

Nah on second thought I'll just stay here...

I would like to attend for one simple reason - to be able to state I was there when Embo brought the Buffs back to glory!

Plus, I like free food!

Well here's a real response....

I haven't missed a home game in 14 years but yet I have never been to a luncheon and talk to the coaches, and free food is always good. Plus if I win, another AllBuffer can have the extra one.
