2013 NCAA tourney roll call

I'm going to michigan this weekend, or would seriously consider it. Go buffs. GO.

I'm in - booked my flight and hotel tonight...one question though, for those who went last year - were you able to easily get tickets through CU? I'd like to get a seat from CU's allotment, ideally, but I have no idea if it is going to be a hassle/problematic...

Afternoon session, 2nd game

Which is the first session on the buying websites....for those who went last year:

is stubhub the best way to go for tickets? Like most events, the price drops closer you are to the event, is buying walking up to the event the best (for value) option? What about buying directly from either CU's allotment?

Yep. First game is Miami/Pacific at 1:10 Central time. So the Buffs game will be one of the rare mid-afternoon mountain time games when some of the locations are already into the break between sessions (probably around 2:3o - 3:00 mountain)

Last year I went to the games and had no trouble. I had planned on going to watch those games before cu got sent there - I was going with some friends and would have gone anyway. CU getting sent there was just a huge bonus. I had a ticket to the first game/thursday session, and then my wife was going to the sat session games, which is the way it worked out because we only bought one ticket. as I walked out of the pit after the win, i got on my phone and bought a ticket online. Not too bad.

I figure the tickets are probably worth $250, the airfare is 500, car rental is probably 50, room for two nights is probably 300, two dinners is probably 50.

That comes to $1150.
