Given the general state of emphasis that they seem to put on recruiting, I wouldn’t have been surprised had they just said “ehh, the defense will be fine if we just coach em up real good”.

The fact that Perry transferred and he’s the only Safety “transfer” coming in. That’s it.

Hard to tell much from that set of clips. I liked his blitz move, and he definitely is a thumper. His team is playing so much soft zone, it's hard to tell what sort of coverages he can handle.
