Did anybody here ever envision a time when Iowa State would pull recruits at the level so much higher than CU?
Not after going to a family reunion in Boone, practically a suburb of Ames. I mean, the farmland is pretty in a way, but…..
 
Midwestern culture is weird, some people have a hard time leaving it for whatever reason. I never understood it, but that may have something to do with it. Ames is a short drive from KC.
