Link to the twitter? I want to spam my OSU buddy now.

wow. that NFL jump just started looking a lot better for quite a a few of those kids. Cute how they let them play in the bowl game then. Can't hurt the cash chow!

My thoughts on the Bowl game cash cow might change when I am done with "Death to the BCS!"

Ohio State´s sixth game of the 2011 season? Versus Nebraska in Lincoln.

we have a chance...

Yeah, I'm sure their 4* or 5* QB backup isn't going to be polished by then. Luckily they are still stacked with 4* or 5* linemen, CBs, safeties, LBs, WRs, RBs, TEs, etc....

5 games is a lot guys. In those 5 games they could lose their shot at the MNC game (and being OSU in the Big10 they'll always have a shot with Tressell at the helm). I would imagine their backup is going to get major reps in spring ball and Tressell is going to want Pryor to bolt for the NFL; this would be beneficial to both parties, imo. Whoever their backup QB (or the probable 5* they got coming in) is going to be ready, even though wh'll be raw.

Until we win a road game against a bad team, I don't think we have a chance against one of the best teams in the nation year in and year out. We can still wish and dream though.

:yeahthat:

Sadly, we're still going to be vastly outgunned in that game.

This game just got upgraded from "inevitable asswhooping" to "maybe we have a small chance for a win"

...hey, one can dream, right???

We are really outgunned in talent here and have huge issues on the road, but I would not discount the impact that losing Pryor will have. Still probably nothing more than a paycheck game and only a very, very, very, very slight chance in hell of pulling off the huge upset.

The kid behind Pryor is suppose to be better than him.

Meh, the backup QB is always supposed to be better. Pryor may have a VY-esque game (Texas in the Rose Bowl the year before the MNC). While he hasn't played to the level he was expected, a lot of that is coaching and that tOSU wins games by defense, not offense.

That's why even if they score 14 on us we lose. Their defense is damn good.

How ironic that Pony Excess star Craig James is analyzing this behavior on ESPN right now....

and the NCAA's explanation on their ruling has many inconsistencies with the Reggie Bush, Cameron Newton, and Jeremy Bloom decisions....

If our country's laws were made by the NCAA, for every citation a lawyer makes in favor of their argument, there would be another citation you could make that would let the judge arrive at the complete opposite conclusion....
