Winless in conference for the first time ever.

Eat a bag of dicks, even Embree won a game.
 
Embree won a game because Mike Leach is a crappy clock management coach. Flat out gave that game to us that day. He beat Arizona the year before in Boulder, after Stoops had been fired mid-season and the Wildcats had checked out for the season.
 
I am not writing him off yet. But he must make significant coaching changes immediately, and those coaches need to be decent recruiters.

Me either. We need consistency at HC for a while. But RG needs to push Mac to make some changes...fire Neinas, maybe Baer, and spend money on a really good recruiter or 2. For the money we're paying Neinas, we should be able to get a great recruiter.

And KW went for 2 2pt conversions after his kicker missed. That's pretty ****ty. And we took a TO on one of them when it would haven been crucial. We were spotted 3 points.

Bad coaching is bad coaching. What about those punts at the end of the game? With our front 7 that was missing gillam? Lol.

Didn't like it either. I agree with just about everything you said really. I only responded because you brought Embree in to it.

Isn't it clear? Two seasons in an MacIntyre can't win at CU. You would think that he would actually go for the jugular when victory is in our grasp... but he hasn't. Not vs Cal, OSU, UCLA, Utah etc

With all the other mess going on in this thread, this is THE POINT. Mac coached not to lose all season and ***** the bed every time. That's not a good sign.

Mac just needs 8 or 9 more seasons before he can start recruiting HIS players. I think he's got his Hawkins School Of Coaching Certificate already shined up.

Seriously, though, he just needs to start showing skill-development, or find Asst Coaches who can do that job, like they're supposed to. Everyone knows QB is a tough role in football... one of these days, I hope Mac can deliver either the recruit or a player that's learned this better.

If this is what Allbuffs is devolving into, count me out. I am all for differing opinions and believe that is what makes the boards interesting, but the ridiculous posts (both pro and against), are sucking the enjoyment out of being a fan on the board faster than the actual losses. This post offers no insight and seems to be posted only to spark yet another ridiculous back and forth between the lowest common denominator trolling the boards.

Positive or negative...try and at least offer something worth reading. Too often it is like monkeys throwing ***** at each other around here. My two cents.

Teams tried handing us the game all season, and this team treated it like a hot potato. Inexcusable to not have a conference win.
