For the newbs:

Allbuffs.com has two sets of season tickets. Through the generosity of a group of members, we have had the tickets for something like 7 years. The rules are as follows;

Any poster can enter the drawing.
You can only win tickets to one game.
Non members receive one ball in the drawing, paying site members receive two, contributors to the purchase of the tickets receive three.
Fans of other teams can win tickets, but NOT FOR A GAME AGAINST THEIR TEAM. Liverflukes won tickets to see the UCLA game a couple years ago, but he would have been ineligible to win tickets to the Cal game. Make sense?
Enter the drawing by responding to the drawing thread in the tailgates sub-forum for that particular game. Please keep those threads clean of any threadjacking. A simple "In" will suffice.
You MUST pick up your tickets at the allbuffs tailgate.
Payment for the tickets is in the form of beer (no crappy beer), booze (no crappy booze, either), or something really good to eat.
Please do not enter the drawing if you are not sure you'll be able to use the tickets. We've had some issues with people not showing up for their tickets. That's a douche move.
If something comes up, and you can't use the tickets, you may do with them as you please. We won't re-draw for them, though. Either give them away or have us scalp them.
FC, his ginormous head, and I will have two drawings for the tickets. One in late August, the other in early October. We'll draw for the first four games in August, the last three in October.

I sincerely wish you hippies win every game this year except the one on September 27th. You will lose that day but I hope those of you who fly out enjoy our smoking hot lesbian bartenders. If that doesn't happen, I hope you throw up at least...

I'm feeling particularly pissed off tonight, for no particular reason. Flukes, you aren't a football school and you never will be. You've had flashes of greatness but mostly you've sucked forever. We are in a historical crevice of unprecedented suckitude. I hate cal. I hate us. I hate every ****ing program in football. Just because I hate cal less than I hate USC, Oregon, Washington, Arizona state, Stanford and about two dozen out of conference teams doesn't diminish my cal hate.

And I hate our fans. I hate our administrators. I hate all that lead to this.

If by some ****ing miracle we someday, somehow, become a real program again I won't give cal another thought except during game week. The rest of the time, I will be hating my hate against the programs that I am morally certain deserve to suffer.

What the **** happened to us? You should be some dirty bastard USC or Oregon fan, here to talk ****. Instead, we take **** from programs that couldn't find a win against a pop WARNER team.

You know what will be best in life? As the Buffs are crushing our enemies, seeing them driven before us, and hearing the lamentation of their women... Cal fans will be the first that are broken as they bear witness to the carnage CU is reaping. From Cal fans, we shall constantly hear the edge of ultimate pain in their voices as they constantly repeat the refrain: "We could have hired MacIntyre and we went with Dykes."

I feel better now. It was like a 70s style EST session.

No particularly hard feelings toward flukes or cal... Just the simmering underlying rage and animosity toward college football that I currently carry and usually somewhat suppress.

We need to get back to reserving our hate for where it matters so that we can distill it down to its purest form. Like in the good ole days. I never hated Iowa State. They were dog poo on the sidewalk. Don't like it, annoying, and every once in a while something that pisses me off because of being careless enough to step in it. That will be most of the Pac-12 soon, just as it was in the Big 8/Big 12 before the 4 Horses of the CU Apocalypse swept through campus. We are now beginning to rise from the ashes.

The first drawing will be held next Saturday, the 23rd. Be sure to get your name in the drawing prior to then.
 
In, it's been quite a while since i've been on here but was fortunate enough to meet you all a few years ago at a tailgate. Was awesome to win tickets from all you fellow Buff fans. Thanks for everything you all do to support the MIGHTY BUFFS!!!
