Just thought I'd stop by and say ALOHA! Not sure if your members that joined us in Hawaii still post, but I just wanted to say hi. I still remember your huge group joining our tailgate back in 2011. I wasn't able to come up for the game as planned but is looking forward to a great game tomorrow. Our biggest challenge will be our injuries, especially our most productive player on offense in Joey Iosefa. Lakala has been doing a great job filling in but we really needed two strong backs in the thin Colorado air. We are struggling a little on offense and our QB continues to grow as a redshirt sophomore. However our defense and special teams have been keeping us in games against your fellow PAC 12 opponents. Here is to a great game and Go WARRIORS!!!

Hey Scott,

Out of curiosity, why is everyone so down on Norm Chow? The team has looked well coached in the first few games so far, haven't they? Who would be a better replacement?
 
I'm in agreement with you, and we cannot afford to buy out another contract. Norm has been doing a good job recruiting from the high school level which Hawaii was never successful at. So its taking a little time for his kids to have an impact. Previous to this we had a lot of JC and transfers. With the two talented QB's coming in next year and our WR will have a lot more experience we should do a lot better. Also our new DC has been doing a great job. I guess people are not happy because they feel Norm should be the offensive guru and we haven't produced yet. Unfortunately like I mentioned above we have a redshirt sophomore learning the ropes.

I was at your tailgate in Hawaii, great time with amazing food! I hope you do it again for the game next year! Too bad you can't make it tomorrow, we're going to have Loco Moco for breakfast and coconut porter homebrew at my tailgate!
