Not much stability in their4-5 years. I thank them for sticking with it and staying with the Black and Gold.
That's debatable, not many get to play BCS level football, even bad BCS football.I really appreciate them sticking with it and keeping up the fight. As bad as it has been for fans, worse for them.
Aren't exit interviews fairly common?, just protocol for the most part.Where I work, we have exit interviews. I would love for those guys to do an exit interview.
actually 4 if you include Brian Cabral ....
certainly a messed up situation
Good chance you won't find anyone who cared about this program as much as he did. How many assistant coaches in this day and age, coach long enough at one school where they are eligible to collect a pension plan?I agree. Never forget Brian Cabral. The guy who put the players names back on their jerseys. The guy who still bleeds black and gold.

Well put Brad :thumbsup:These Seniors have perservered and never could have imagined that their college football experience could take these turns and twists. While the record on the field has not been what they had hoped for, they have learned some significant life lessons that will serve them well in their future careers. Thanks for sticking with the program and I appreciate what they have been thru.

I would be very disapointed if it was not taking place.Where I work, we have exit interviews. I would love for those guys to do an exit interview.
I appreciate them for what they did, but should I really be thanking them for being loyal? Isn't that's what you are supposed to do? Many of them are here on scholarship. Yes, it's easier to be around a winning program than a losing one. These Seniors have perservered and never could have imagined that their college football experience could take these turns and twists. Embree had an exit interview. It was televised and was disastrous.Where I work, we have exit interviews. I would love for those guys to do an exit interview.
So did Hawk, so did Barnett. Is CU the only school that consistently allows it's coaches to talk at their exit pressers? (when they aren't leaving on their own terms)Embree had an exit interview. It was televised and was disastrous.
Nice point. Forgot about that. Maybe AllBuffs can be the interviewer?Embree had an exit interview. It was televised and was disastrous.
