Anyone else not get a seat selection email?

Both @Ruckus and I were not alerted to the seat selection process. Thanks to someone's comment elsewhere, I decided to check and see what was up. We've been trying to move up for years, but have only managed one small move. Today we got an 8 row upgrade to almost as far forward as our seat price range allows despite both of us dropping football and losing all those priority points.

As Ruckus pointed out, no way we get that if their seat upgrade process wasn't ****ed up.

Thanks CU, even if you are a ****ing mess.

I met someone who works in the ticket office. Said its a complete and total shyt show. Understaffed, and underfunded. Cant keep employees, kids dont want to work, and they cant pay enough to keep people interested.
RG needs to outsource. There are professional companies that do this as a business model and will not only be efficient but also do marketing to increase attendance since they're incentivized to do so. At the end of the day, it costs nothing unless they fail and sales go down - but it's hard to imagine that happening.

My interactions with the ticket office have always been disappointing. People working there seemed to not want to be there and would not or could not help.

Agreed. The person I met has been there a really long time and said it is as bad as it has ever been.

It's been a long time since I talked to someone in the ticket office that seemed to know what they were talking about.

Sadly, the foundation employees are not a lot better. They probably are if you are a scholarship donor, but not for donations of my size.

We got ours at least a day or 2 before our window was open. Decided not to move, but had friends move into our section.

Didn't seem too bad from my viewpoint.

Thanks for the tip. I was able to improve my seating. Much appreciated.
