I'd treat it as poor record keeping on the website since the compliance office keeps careful tabs on their progress. There may be a reason that they aren't up to date which is related to how they go about their work, which may not be apparent to us. I have a feeling that the year in school is automatically advanced until they receive official notice that an athlete was officially redshirted. Some of the records probably haven't been updated yet, and many of the athletic dept. people have been busy with more important tasks lately.
Look for changes on the site around the time of the spring game (just a hunch).
