I really like the potential of this team.

2-0 is a nice place to be. I'm liking the improvement in A/T ratio this game. That's a key for this team.

Yes A/T ratio looking better. Once Jeffery gets going and Kresl starts hitting her shots (hopefully) this team could be pretty potent. UM-KC not a horrible team. They made the NIT last season but not sure what they graduated.

Chucky got in foul trouble early and had to be very careful. Also, this was her first game.

All FTs missed were by one player, Hargis. She can't be in the game if it's on the line. MPP had a back injury and did not play.

Arielle really turned it on in the 2nd half.

Kresl's shots from 3 pt land will start to fall.

Three players in double figures: 2 freshmen and one sophomore. Most points came from the post which pleased Coach.

Big time hustle was happening by Sborov and Ashley Wilson. Sborov had 8 boards.

I like Sborov. She's not that flashy player but she brings her lunch box to work everyday and she is tough.

Yes, she does. She is a scrapper. I love watching scappy ball players. Ashley Wilson is another scrapper. Those two players go after every Paul. Sborov grabs the boards and A Wil is on the floor scrapping. Somehow A Wil got a rebound. Pretty amazing at her size and position.
