Arizona State "Game" thread

Was over prior to kickoff. At least we have the best ****ing announcers in the world....and the picture quality? Top notch.
 
I'm not happy that asu went with their version of black & gold while we are in town.

I wasn't in favor of new uniforms & variations, but now I think we may need all the recruiting help that we can get.
 
I'm so sick of how many times I've watched teams run up the middle against us without getting touched. Enough already! It hurts to watch my school perform like this.
 
They need to stop blitzing on every down and play more zone. The secondary is too slow to be left on an island.
 
I'm just gonna say it: this staff will not get it done. yeah, I get all the excuses and injuries and young players and blah blah. But there is absolutely no progress, no late season rally, no fundamentals, no qb. It'd be hard to turn in a worse year than any of Hawkins', but they've done it in 2011. 4 years and reload.
 
Coaches and players, could you at least compete. This is bad. I know, I know, injuries but ****ing at least compete. Coaches, "coach them up", come up with a scheme to help your defense to not look invisible.

I understand our situation and the injuries are a big part but getting blown out in the first quarter each game is BS.

Sorry but each week we get more and mroe banged up and we didn't have many bodies in the first place. Penalties have improved, along with special teams.
 
I have no response to the Buffs play. I'm completely at a loss right now
 
I don't think next year's starting qb, & maybe not even the backup are on our active roster at this time.

Hey genius, the blitz isn't working. It hasn't worked for the most part since the washington state game. Our secondary as you always say is injured and it doesn't matter what cu does, they can't stop anyone.

Last years team was 5-7. As bad as it has been in the last 5 years, this is straight unwatchable.
 
Great crowd. I suppose the ASU student body is smarter than I thought.

The strength of schedule between the two are incomparable. We all feel the pain, but to throw out an absolute about this coaching staff is in no way supporting the program or bringing a productive conversation - I hope you're just venting...this game is frustrating enough as is.
