Baltimore attempted murder suspect arrested at home of 6 Colorado football players

Pretty easy to whittle it down to who, on the team, he probably knows and I'm sure it'll come out in the good old press. I feel bad for the player or players. That has to suck. I'm really glad no one was hurt and the CU players are just innocent acquaintances.

Why is a CU student associating with a violent criminal?
Maybe because no one knew he was a "violent criminal," first of all. Second, he deserves a trial. Third, the kid played football in college and had never been in any trouble with the law. Fourth, the suspect had just recently contacted the player or players involved wanting to "reconnect." It's not like they were hanging out with him. Fifth, don't be an idot.

Pretty sure the SWAT team has never been to my house to arrest one of my friends or temporary housemates on the run from the law. I know, those are crazy high standards.

i dunno about you, but when I was in College I ran background checks on all my friends and cross referenced them with every police blotter in the world, cause I didnt wanna miss anything with Interpol

I can see kiszla's headline now " Swat team called to cu players house for aiding and abetting FBI's most wanted criminal"

They said he had no prior criminal history as an adult. Shooting happened a little over a week ago in B-more. Easy to believe old acquaintances thought it was just a young guy passing through needing a place to crash. Let's just sit back and enjoy the media referencing the CU football team harboring him at every turn.

Totally. I'm sure he assumed he was just in Boulder to do some post grad work in the physics lab.

too many words for jizla headline. more like "CU players harbor criminal" with a photo lineup of the housemates across the front page.

Yep. Because if you're not in Boulder to do post grad work in the physics lab, then you're definitely here as a fugitive after attempted murder. Only two options. I'm just trying to figure out if your comments are racially motivated.
