Baylor Bears vs. Colorado Buffaloes highlights season tip-off event, sources say

We got scoreboard on these Grr hur derp chumps.

Baylor is, by far, the worst B12 team we face in our OOC. Third on the list behind Oklahoma State and Kansas.

Maybe Scott Drew is running a clean program this year.

scott drew is as clean as my tighty whities after a curry and long bike ride. i don't even know what that means. but it's true.

good group to be in....playing in Texas is always good. SMU vs. TCU seems a little out of place but i guess that's one of those "old time SWC rivalries" we are supposed to think means something. crosstown Dallas-Fort Worth thing. we have a lot of SMU family people on this board as i recall, maybe they can weigh in....frogs and ponies. my sis used to work at SMU.

it really annoys me when people talk about "karma" but we can't seem to shake our connection with Baylor.

those grade AAA dicks.

Brown is building a good program at SMU. They could very well sneak into the top 25 with the talent he's bringing in.

I don't know what that means either, but it did remind me that I planned on ordering Indian tonight.

Frogs and Ponies do not like each other. Both love to talk about the other school as "spoiled" though. I never had the heart to point out the obvious.

The crowd mix at the arena is going to have a weird vibe.

SMU, Baylor and TCU in the same concourse, each with an inferiority complex versus the Longhorns, who will also invited to the event. The old SWC bonds and bad blood linger.

Of course this is a basketball tournament, but the success of Oklahoma and Alabama football programs won't be lost on the Texas and other fans.

And then there is Colorado. Big12 defector. The underachieving liberal hippie pot smokers of the Pac12 that don't take their sports boosterism seriously enough. The snooty haters of all Texas skiers, hunters and tourists that y'all their prideful corpulent selves all over our tourist towns to our chagrin. Colorado's numbers will be small in Dallas. Most of the crowd support will be generated out of pure disgust for Baylor. The enemy of my enemy is my friend.

But we're headlining, baby. Suck it.

amazing part here is that in the actual article (sponspored by bd Global, if you didn't catch that...)....CU-Drew's Thai Curry is listed as the "Marquee" game.

how's about that fellow Buff hoopsters....we have come a long ways......UT, LSU, Bama, OU...ain't the marquee team. the enemy is us.

Yep. Between his recruits and the transfers, he and Tim whatsisname (head coach in waiting.. haha) have brought in a number of very good players.

a tact fact exact.

still, all those Texas private schools are funny.

but, i wouldn't be surprised if our students show up a bit. those kids are really doing it for hoops.

CU plays the top three Big XII teams in the pre-season.....big time RPI bump for those who were worried about RPI before

Not enough **** baylor in this thread, if you ask me.

If Skiddy doesn't leapfrog into the top 5 of rep on this board because of this thread alone, you people aren't doing your jobs.
