Beer at games!

Hope it means that I can take a beer to my seat like at a basketball game.

GTFO. ****ING FINALLY!! All I want to do is sit in my seat on a beautiful September Saturday with a beer. Come on CU.

Now here’s hoping dumbass students don’t start cup fights...not that I ever did that back in the day...

Biggest concern I have would be that crowd surfing returns to the student section. It would be a sexual assault scandal waiting to happen with the groping that occurs with that.

It's still pretty easy to guzzle your beer just inside of the open doors of Balch with a decent view of the field. This is a sea change from the early 2010s.

I’ve accidentally walked down to my seats multiple times with a beer lol. I get down there and everyone looks at me as asks where they sell beer in the stadium.

I don't think that this law has anything to do with where CU sells beer at Folsom. They already have a liquor license for the stadium, and the have made a decision to limit locations where beer can be can be sold/consumed.

Me and my football crew hit the beer stands in the IPF at half time. It's usually not as crowded as Balch and the lines move pretty quickly. Plus, they have the game on a big screen if you don't finish your beer before the third quarter starts. It's fun and if the Buffs are getting beat badly we stay in and drink more beers.

So you're saying you frequently miss watching Ralphie run before H2?

That’s why I don’t crowd surf.
