yep top of endzone had empty seats. Still seems well attended compared to most bowls.\
I was at this bowl when UNC and Pitt played a couple of years ago. Wasn't this well attended.
According to google, Belk is a leading retail department store offering the latest in women's, men's, juniors' and kids' apparel.

I would also like NC State to win only based on pickems. The bowl pickems is the only thing that actually makes me care about all these pointless bowl games.

Pitt doesn't have any fans and UNC isn't much better.

The good thing about Tom O'Brien is he'll get you a 7-5 season + a bowl virtually every year. The bad news is it isn't going to get any better than that.

NC State has had a season where they won 11 games this decade. Has had winning seasons with Sheridan, Rein and Holtz.
