Big 12 already in trouble for making playoff

Undefeated: West Virginia, Baylor and Texas

One Loss: Oklahoma, TCU, TTU, KSU, KU, OSU

Two Losses: Iowa State

With no conference championship game, it's going to be much tougher for a 1-loss team to make the playoff. And it would be a surprise if anyone ran the table since there doesn't look like there is much separation among these teams.

3 games the Big 12 absolutely cannot afford to get swept in:

UT at Cal this week
OU vs Ohio State this week
WVU vs BYU next week
