Broken off from Coaching search Compendium - Kate Upton, why your rumor is best, etc

After much scientific research, review of several dozen internet rumor mills, consultation with at least five Magic Eight-Balls, conduct of a bathtub seance with my rubber duckie aaaand a lengthy interview with a sober Woody Paige(3 minutes is his max!) the following has been gleaned:

The merry-go-round has been narrowed to four: Golden, Doerner, MacIntyre and Jones.

Any choice outside this group is a direct result of Woody lying about being "On the wagon"!
 
I'm okay with that - I wasn't a Jones fan.

BUT - it's getting annoying that our targets are going elsewhere, or re-upping where they are.

Definitely time to panic. Especially since things have been so quiet and we have nothing to go on but rumors.
 
I hear that there is a (tanned and rested) pac-12 network on-air personality who has HC experience at no less than 3 pac-12 schools who is available. :smile:

Same reason they were with Butch Jones, not the splash hire folks have been looking for. Perhaps a perfectly good coach, and maybe even a great fit for CU and Boulder, but lacks the sizzle that folks want.
