News Junkie
The no. 15 Colorado Buffaloes were able to pull out a victory at Folsom Field Thursday night over the UCLA Bruins by a score of 20-10 . It was a whirlwind of a football game after a total of 25 penalties were called by the officials, this made Twitter more interesting than most nights.

Here are BSN Denver’s favorite tweets:

Colorado might win this game by 30 points

— Brandon Spano (@BrandonSpano) November 4, 2016

Buffs lose their top pass rusher for the rest of that night. That’s a major gut punch.

— Nick Kosmider (@NickKosmider) November 4, 2016

Absolutely killer losing Gilbert. Targeting is worst rule in CFB. I get it players need to be protected but accidents happen. #Buffs

— Tyler Polumbus (@Tyler_Polumbus) November 4, 2016

Sefo had thrown 152 straight passes—a school record—without throwing a pick.

That Colorado D.

Phil Lindsay is a delightful player to watch.

— Pacific Takes (@PacificTakes) November 4, 2016

Give it to Phil. Then to Phil. Then back to Phil… #TheOtherPhil

Sefo Liufau went 152 attempts without an interception. Now has two in last six passes.

— Patrick Graham (@pgraham34) November 4, 2016

UCLA Edge rusher No. 98 Takkarist McKinley putting on a show right now. Very impressive to watch live, looks like a 1st rounder for sure.

— Andre B Simone (@andresimone) November 4, 2016

These throws aint Fafaul

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 4, 2016

Sefo Liufau has been extremely ungood.

— William Whelan (@William_Whelan) November 4, 2016

Soso Jamabo has 13 carries for UCLA after the Bruins ran it all of 10 times against Utah.
Sports, they are a funny thing.

— Pacific Takes (@PacificTakes) November 4, 2016

Sefo down in pain. That play was an abject disaster. Bruins’ rush gets home and they have their 3rd pick of the night.

— Patrick Ghidossi (@patrickghidossi) November 4, 2016

Chidobe Awuzie is out here tackling people with his back. The dude is that good.

— Nick Kosmider (@NickKosmider) November 4, 2016

Blocking it was even bigger.

— Tom Fornelli (@TomFornelli) November 4, 2016

CHIDO WITH THE BLOCK! Buffs take over at their 20. Great job by the D there! #GoBuffs pic.twitter.com/EL292Zb0uY

Mike MacIntyre’s radio interview at halftime consisted of five words: “I’m gonna get after ’em.”

— Nick Kosmider (@NickKosmider) November 4, 2016

This is horribly nerve wracking.

— Ted Chalfen (@TheGhostofMarv) November 4, 2016

With 32 scouts in the stands tonight Takk McKinnley’s wallet gets fatter and fatter. #stud #UCLAvsCU

— Pacific Takes (@PacificTakes) November 4, 2016

Add a fumble on the goal line to the list of “what the …?” moments for the Buffs tonight. Settling for a FG attempt.

— Tim Howard (@TimHowardGK) November 4, 2016

Idiotic penalty — again — for the Buffs. Try a little self-control, boys. Geez.

— Shawn Drotar (@sdrotar) November 4, 2016

This is as undisciplined as I’ve seen the #cubuffs in a long time. Really uncharacteristic of this team

— Brian Howell (@BrianHowell33) November 4, 2016

Mark of good team is winning games it is supposed to win. #CUBuffs shown immaturity and lack of discipline tonight. Still time. But ugly…

— Troy Renck (@TroyRenck) November 4, 2016

Moeller gets taunting penalty. @CoachMikeMac screams “Get his ass out!” Gives him hell when he gets to sideline. @RunRalphieRun has a coach.

Sefo Liufau takes a facemask in the backfield, asks the refs for it, gets the call and delivers it to Phil.

I can’t even.

— Ryan Koenigsberg (@RyanKoenigsberg) November 4, 2016

At some point the ref just needs to tell these guys he will turn this car around.

CU’s recruiting priority:
1. Kicker
2. Punter
3. Did I mention kicker?
4. Did I mention punter?

— RalphieReport (@RalphieReport) November 4, 2016

Phillip Lindsay with 11 receptions tonight – most ever for a CU running back in a game
