Joe Bosshard, who was running his second track race since 2011 after recovering from dual hip surgeries, recorded the ninth fastest 5k time in the NCAA this season. He finished sixth overall, clocking in at 13:43.21 to shave off six seconds from his previous personal best (13:49.59). The time also put him fifth on CU’s all-time performers list.
