Fight CU down the field!
Big time homer PA announcer at the XC championships. Announced the win for the Buffs after only about 1/4 of the field had finished.
Awesome! I miss the old XC days. How was the course? Is it a good spectator venue? I'd think so. Was there a good crowd?Another PAC 12 title for the Buffs!

I guess we ran it there instead of the CU course in order to give the flat landers a fair chance,

Wow, our FB program has sunk to new levels-our hardest core fans are using a football thread about game day against a top 20 conference opponent to talk about women's XC. That is freaking awesome.
Here's to hoping 2014 doesn't see the same disinterest! (FYI I am not slamming you guys-I get it, just bummed we can't be excited about the game and talking about what it will take to win it.)
My kids ran in HS. Unfortunately, or fortunately, you weren't allowed to take beer. But I really enjoyed going to the meets. The "old XC days" was you sitting at the half way mark with a couple of six packs, cheering on the competitors, right?
My son ran the actual CU home course one time in HS and said it was absolutely brutal and he's lived (and trained) at altitude his whole life!
