It is now confirmed that Jones is the new Head Coach at CU $2.65 - $2.75 /year PLUS Mil / year for staff, which is $300,000K MORE than USC!!!! IHe is meting with players now at Dal Ward - just met with Shane Dillon and a host of others. Jones will not coach Cincy's Bowl Game and will announce to his players tomorrow at 1:00PM at a Cincy Press Conference that is is the new CU football coach!!! That guy is legit - he was predicting Embree's firing for awhile.

He is a big donor, knows Solich (I exchanged PMs with him)
 
Just told by someone in the AD that we will have an announcement about our new coach tonight. So we should know if its Jones or someone else soon. Can't imagine its anyone other than Jones.

Makes sense. Press Conference tomorrow if he's the guy, then intro at the CU-CSU BBall game on Wed. Plus I think he has a bowl game press conference scheduled for tomorrow so he'll need to decide before then.
 
Interesting tidbit on the white smoke at the Vatican. When you visit the Sistine Chapel, the pipe that leads to the roof with the smoke is right there. It's not in some uber secret spot. It's right there in the back of the chapel, next to the door. The smoke comes from burning the ballots. They put something special in with the ballots when they finally make a decision in order to turn the smoke white.
