I know this is ludicrous we still don't have full confirmation if BJ will or will not be our next HC. I know many of us were initially luke warm that he was the right pick when word first leaked, but most of us rallied behind Bohn and the AD and said, if that's our man, let's make this happen.
The antics of the past few days certainly have spoiled what would have been seen as a major coup for Colorado, given that BJ in the past 12 months has reportedly spurned UCLA, Purdue, Illinois and others. By many accounts, BJ is on of the hot, up and coming coaches ready for the big leagues.
Unfortunately his behaviour the past few days including requesting the plane go into the hangar and to hide behind a food cart, his indecision, his apparent ongoing unwillingness to inform his team that he is leaving if he is leaving, continued pressers for a bowl game for his old team (assuming that is his old team) and now flat out denial that DP's sources were correct are starting wear thin on all of us.
THis thing has to be resolved today one way or the other. I want BJ to come because CU wants him, but I am feeling as indecisive as BJ now, but the topic is whether I really want a guy who behaves this way to be our next coach.
THere is a very critical but interesting article in the DP today which slams BJ's behaviour and doesn't leave Bohn free of criticism either.

In the end of the day, I am planning to give BJ the benefit of the doubt if he comes here, and just assume he was trying to do the right thing by making sure it was the right decision and informing his team first, but just didn't execute it well because he is new to this level of media scrutiny. It's something he will have to improve on-and so will Bohn no doubt.
Let's get this over with and start turning our program around. I want CU Football to perform the way our BB team is under Tad. Competitive in all games, win most of them, never give up attitude even when the chips are down, and rock the house, drawing sold out attendance. It will happen. Hopefully with BJ, if not, whoever is next on the board.
