The fact that Booker, Cain and Dinwiddie all chose Colorado sends a message to other recruits that Colorado is a legitimate destination for top talent. Taft, Harvard-Westlake and Price are all basketball factories that produce 2-3 D1 players every year and all those younger students at those schools will see their senior leaders packing their bags and heading to Colorado.

I'll take their opener as being an opener, first game jitters, new coach, new philosophy, lost their center for the season, etc. I'll take an ugly W every time...Although it's early, Roberson sure looks like he could be a serious contributor as a frosh.

A win is a win not matter how it comes. Its a long season. GA will be a test but there is plenty of time to gel. I am willing to bet they'll be a much different team come January. I still can't wait to see how this team comes together.
